Bordinal - The Association Governance Platform

A Note from the Founder: Why Bordinal?

For most association leaders, serving on a board is a labor of love. It’s an act of stewardship for a community, a profession, or a cause you believe in. But all too often, that passion is buried under the weight of “administrative friction”.

As a product designer and software developer, I watched volunteers struggle with a “Frankenstein” tech stack—clunky corporate portals, insecure email threads, and the constant headache of lost passwords. These systems weren’t built for you; they were built for Fortune 500 employees with 40 hours a week to spare.

I built Boardinal because governance shouldn't feel like a second job.

My mission was to create a “Cardinal” standard for association work: a platform that is as vigilant about security as it is respectful of your time. By building from the ground up with Laravel 11 and Tailwind CSS, I’ve ensured that Boardinal is fast, modern, and incredibly user-friendly.

The "Bordinal" Difference:

  • Security by Design: Your board’s integrity is protected by AES-256 encryption and immutable audit logs, ensuring every document and decision is shielded.

  • Seamless Connection: We’ve eliminated the manual work of committee management through native iMIS SSO integration, allowing your board members to log in with the credentials they already know.

  • The 3-Click Rule: Whether it’s casting an anonymous vote or reviewing meeting minutes, I designed the interface so you can find exactly what you need in three clicks or less.

As the person who wrote every line of code and designed every interface, I am personally committed to ensuring Boardinal is the most reliable partner your association has ever had. We handle the technical “heavy lifting” so you can focus on the vision and leadership your organization deserves.
